Please Note Our COVID-19 Measures & Guidelines:
- Prior to booking an appointment with us, we will ask you a COVID-19 pre-screening questionnaire over the phone
- All appointments must be attended alone for the time being
- When you arrive, please call or text us and we will meet you outside of the spa
- There will be a COVID-19 screening questionnaire and a client liability release for you to complete
- You must use hand sanitizer at our designated station upon entering
- Masks are required - If you do not have a mask, we will provide you with one
- No food or beverages are permitted in the spa at this time
- Only clients with scheduled appointments are allowed in the spa at this time
- We are offering curb-side pickup for clients who need to purchase skincare - call or email us with your order and we will set up a time to meet you at your car
We are booking extra time in between each client for our sanitation and disinfection protocols. We have implemented extra measures to ensure the safety of all our clients, staff + space. We will frequently disinfect high traffic areas and surfaces, such as, washrooms, debit machines, chairs and door handles. Our treatment room will be disinfected prior to each appointment and immediately after.
We ask for you to be patient as there will be less availability for bookings due to the extra time we have booked in between each client to ensure the highest standards of sanitation + disinfection. Our team will be wearing a mask and face shield at all times. We are committed to providing you with a safe space and we look forward to seeing you soon!
